| REQUIRED: |
- A minimum of 5 years' practical business/management experience in their specialist field
- A further 5 years' independent experience as a trainer or facilitator
- Have worked with a wide range of industry sectors
- Practical experience in managing global projects or diverse cross-functional teams
- Stellar customer evaluations for training/facilitation performance
- Proven skills in conducting experiential or action-based training
- Excellent presentational and facilitation skills
- Fluency in English language (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Experience in doing performance evaluations and providing constructive feedbacks
- Uncompromising personal integrity

- Certification in training/coaching/facilitation and/or project management
- Based in Singapore (Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents)

Selected candidates will attend certified trainer program in experiential learning in computer simulated environment in Singapore before being assigned to conduct/facilitate training engagements in Asia Pacific Region as independent trainers or facilitators. Attractive remuneration will be paid per engagement basis depending on the duration of engagement.
